"It happens at all ages. Before the pandemic, even school-aged children were addicted to games. Even though the pandemic and IMR attack all ages, ”said Berli in Bandung, Monday (12/10).

Currently, he explained, there are many psychological factors, especially with the COVID-19 situation that also adds to the pressure or problems that must be resolved by each individual.

"Every member of society generally gives a psychological impact," he explained.

He also hopes that the health offices in various regions can better overcome and overcome mental health problems that occur in West Java.

"This health response starts from basic health services at the puskesmas, the closest posko, even if this UKBM is possible, it will certainly be better, including at the referral level," he hoped.

He said, mental disorders include various aspects. One of them is depression. Thus, mental disorders continue to increase to become a burden of social consequences, human rights, and even economics, including in developed countries.

To prevent mental disorders from an early age, he explained the need for mental health networks and prevention efforts. So, he said, do not let anyone experience mental disorders.

"Problems related to mental disorders need the attention of all parties. This effort must be integrated so as to provide optimal results, "he said.

Currently, he explained, many psychological factors, especially with the Covid situation, also add to the pressure or problems that must be resolved by each individual.

He also admitted that until now in Indonesia, including in West Java, there is still disagreement at every level of policy makers about the importance of creating a strategic program to deal with mental disorders from an early age.
