President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated 1,072 Nutrition Service Providers (SPPGs) and 18 Food Security Warehouses, and broke ground for 107 National Police SPPGs throughout Indonesia.
The event was held at the National Police SPPG in Palmerah, Jakarta, on Friday (February 13, 2026).
The inauguration reaffirms the government's commitment to the Free Nutritional Meal Program (MBG) as a strategic step to improve the quality of Indonesia's human resources.
In his remarks, the President stated that this program was motivated by the stunting rate, which once reached 25 percent of Indonesian children.
According to the President, this problem cannot be solved through theory or discourse alone, but through direct government intervention.
President Prabowo revealed the significant achievements of the MBG program, which has now reached more than 60 million beneficiaries. This program is supported by more than 22,000 SPPGs spread throughout Indonesia.
Previously, President Prabowo inspected the National Police SPPG exhibition area and inspected the greenhouse, which is part of the supply chain for raw materials for the National Police SPPGs. (Jeane Patikawa)
