SUARA NEGERI | JAKARTA — Prabowo Subianto inaugurated the National Energy Council (DEN) officials for the 2026–2030 period at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Wednesday (January 28, 2026).
This inauguration was carried out based on Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6/P of 2026 concerning the Appointment of National Energy Council Members from Government Elements and Presidential Decree Number 134/P of 2025 concerning the Appointment of National Energy Council Members from Stakeholder Elements.
These decrees serve as the legal basis for the establishment of the DEN for the 2026–2030 period.
The inauguration process was divided into two groups: ministerial representatives and stakeholder representatives.
The ministers inaugurated included Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi, Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Brian Yuliarto, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudi Sadewa, Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman, Head of Bappenas Rachmat Pambudy, Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang, and Minister of Environment Hanif Faisol Nurofiq.
Meanwhile, from among stakeholders, the President inaugurated Johni Jonatan Numberi, Muhammad Fadhil Hasan, Satya Widya Yudha, Sripeni Inten Cahyani, Unggul Priyanto, Saleh Abdurrahman, Muhammad Kholid Syeirazi, and Surono. (Jeane Patikawa/Foto: Setpres BPMI)
